Deep in contemplation here while you are sleeping

I slip into a medium of light

The air is thick and the tension is poison

Oh, but we surrender to the night

We detach and it's so relaxed this feeling

It's something like a feather caught in flight

And just like that

All the emotions that were breeding

Fade into an echo of our tired hearts beating
