A man in his brew house mills the grain

He pumps the mash into the lauter tun


Where the wort is separated from husk

He collects it in a kettle where it's brought to boil

He adds hops to then mixed brew

And then he is waiting for next day

Next day, after boiling, particles of malt

And hop are removed from the wort


Yeast converts the sugary wort into beer

A variety of flavors are created by alcohol

Then the young beer has to be matured
