You woke me up this morning, 'cause I slept through my alarms

And you were right beside me, and the night sky over us

Still bleary-eyed, you drove us, to a quiet beach, in Boca

We sat shivering by the waters, as we held each other close

Eating slices of papaya, as we watched the world rise

Streamed the clouds pink and orange, washing through our eyes

We watched while people walked their dogs, and rose to take the day

Then hit the road with two-hundred-sixty miles left to make
