Told me I should be social and make friends, but why

There's very few people I can call on, the ones I thought would be there are long gone

I never ever thought that my best friends from way back when

Would shame me for not having some expensive ass Tim's

Or the latest polo, or the latest phone

Bitches calling me weird cause I like to write poems

And express myself in ways that's considered out the box
