The show last night didn't go so well, I think my guitar was out of tune

There you were, you walked right through the door, you came to my show and I didn't even know

Snuck right by the second song, I almost lost you, couldn't see you very well because my eyes were split in two

I tried to find you, but you had gone, I guess I'll never see you again

Next time, we'll have tickets, yeah

Maybe we'll come a little later, maybe you won't come at all

I saved you a seat, second row, I hope it's convenient for you

Cause sometimes things don't work out but I hope that you choose to see me
