What I admire about you is there's a lot of people with chronic pain who legitimately struggle to function

You are doing a bangup job of like living your life anyway

If you're a person who stops living your life because of the pain

And you stay home and you stay inside and you stop exercising and you stop getting sunlight and you stop seeing your friends and you stop moving your body and you just sort of subsist on like potato chips and ice cream to self soothe you are f'd

Because that is what creates a life of misery and suffering and chronic pain

And what you're doing is you are living your f'ing life even though you have pain

And you're doing your damnest to knock it out

If you ask anyone with chronic pain their experience changes from day to day

Year to year

From situation to situation

So there's always like this pain recipe for amplifying pain and for dialing down pain
