Lord Still Knows

This one goes out to those close, but sometimes we can't find the words

It's cool though, 'cause you know... Lord Still Knows

I know life was never right since the days we was kids

Or living in a hood that was known to rob cribs

Parents stayed together but we did what we did

I reminisce when you and mom scooped me after my bid

I went to make an amends to everyone I did wrong to

And lift it up in prayer for all the things that we go through

Eyes staying wide through the life that we ride through

But still a Believer, no matter what life do

Yet the way we slide through be hazy at times
