I'm tossing, I'm turning, my stomach is churning

My thoughts reoccurring, my head won't stop hurting

My heart won't stop yearning, my blood won't stop burning

But I'm learning

It feels like an elephant sat on my chest, spit three or four words out

A minute at best

Yet everyone else seems to have enough breath

So why does it feel like I'm so close to losing control to the trolls controlling the mind

I'm hacking through viruses hoping to find a heart rate that's kind
