Your mother called said you were doing just fine

You had to work through a few things on your mind

I offered service but you had to decline

A certain someone had already made it to your side

A gentlemen of gloom and doom disguised in dignity

Self pity and self loathing were his primary ministry

He wanted you to stay with him as long as you were able

Break his bread and share his wine at his cursed table

But don't let this sullen man get you down

The only thing he'll promise is a grieving veil and gown
