What were things I never said, you never saw but were always there

And how about the times you glared, I saw your eyes and you'd always stare

And all the time you'd smile at me so casually, I won't do the same

So overwhelmed and mesmerized that I would freeze right there

And it could surely be something else, but I like to think that it was there

Was it love, my darling, or something else?
