Sitting in the Bandstand on a warm summer evening with my friends

Drinking cheap cider with the smell of nicotine in the air

We were naive enough to think that it would last forever

But now the care free days of yesterday are gone

That was the summer, when we were younger

We had no rules we just drank till we chundered
