fairies

I'm thinking of testing the theory that humans can fly

When I was younger I read of the fairies who lost glitter when they cried

They said that they felt, they felt like nothing when they are floating through the air

And I think I'd like the feeling of nothing

I think I'd like to feel nothing

Some say I'm naive to stare at the stars

And I'm insane for having a dream and trying to fly

So when the dark spreads her wings I'll say goodnight

I read in a poem they hide in the woodlands and whisper the thoughts of your inner child
