brand new flesh

I felt like, I was hovering above my own body, watching myself sing

I wish I could get, a brand new pair of flesh

Step out of my skin and walk around as someone else

Closed my eyes and sighed, when I walked into my room

Didn't open them until, I made it past the mirror on my wall

I keep picking at the skin around my fingernails, hoping it'll come off

Hoping it'll come off

I can't help but see the blemishes and scratches, even though i need a camera to see Them

I bring myself up from my bed, my shoulder blades are yawning

And my stomach keeps on screaming, but I refuse to feed it
