Everyone sit back 'cos it's that time of year

Where ya brekky each day is six pints of beer

Gettin' told to slow down; not somethin' ya tryna hear

Past 2020, but, the vision in ya eye is clear

Ya go heckers 'cos ya know a new year starts soon

Now I feel like a whale; won't see me near harpoons

I'm a fossil; I'm starting to walk with a gradual limp

'Cos Shady I have a dad-bod; look like an actual blimp

I now see I need to give up the pizza it's clear

Swap the Maccas for salad and stop the reefer and beer
