First Blood

This time they are coming out of the forest in greater number

Screaming and wielding their weapons like rabid animals

I can see a few guns but mostly homemade axes and hammers

Behind our walls we are waiting heavily armed

The surrounding grounds are covered with blood and corpses

Those of the ones who did not survive the previous attacks

Running around and over dead bodies they are easy targets

But this this time it's going to be a very different battle

From afar I can see them bringing in a weapon, a catapult

Soon Firebombs are flying high over our walls in the sky
