When blending in with the flock, you feel protected from attack

Copy what others do, energy saving – thinking hack

You prefer to defer to an authority figure – we make use of that

You used to say never to me, never again but now you're no more free than a battery hen

You're a born jailbird and when we say the word you're in the clink again

And if you're trained to wear your muzzle – when we allow you out of your pen

Then we can tell you it's no longer required, but you'll still put it on again

Your own life's the thing you're helping to destroy, puling your strings is a thing we enjoy

Such a good girl, good boy, you want to be a pet but you're more of a toy.
