Got us feeling like we're caught in the Matrix

Hold still when the thoughts have us caged in

Immobile and we in shock, been so anxious

Bone chilling in the zone, illing, been alone building animosity, state of

My top about to drop and the stop to it's dateless

Locked in monotonous phases, got bottles on tables

Of lager and jager, a bottled-up rage

But dodging temptation for toxic sedation

No options to tame it

The response that the brain gives

Is just boggled, I'm taut and evasive
