Divide

As urban and rural communities are becoming more distinct along demographic lines

They are also becoming more polarized politically

They have widely different views when it comes to social and political issues

Whether it be views on immigration, same-sex marriage, religion, government or businesses

There are wide gaps between urban and rural communities

As I grow older and wise

I choose to lean on one side

There is increasing evidence to prove our social divide

And we collide

Be careful should somebody misguide you

It's up to you to judge and make sense of what this world provides you
