Overthinking

Wait a minute did I leave the stove on

I just need a second to catch my breath 'cause it's all gone

Back and forth and in and out and in again

Give me just a minute to breathe every now and then

Did I lock the door yes no or maybe

I'll have to double check otherwise I might go crazy

'Cause no matter what I'm doing skydiving or buying flowers

I know that this will be the thing to consume my thoughts for hours

Someone just said good morning what the heck to I say back

I'll locate all the exits just in case there's an attack

Do I smell like BO and did I blow out that candle

This overthinking thing might just be too much to handle
