Castle Cards

We built this castle up only for it to fall apart

I watched it tumble down so much, reminds me of my heart

Emotions flooding in, but silence left it in the dark

You always shut me down and out, that tends to leave a scar

I know deep down you love me, but I always feel dismayed

I get that you would like more from me, I too, feel the same

I want to be a better person, but we need a change

We can't keep social-distancing, and act like it's okay

I've stayed so silent

Within these walls

With only one push

It falls
