A hotel middle of nowhere

I flip through the channels and hope that I will find something or someone

To keep my mind from running into you

I found a lighthouse in Nebraska with some cobwebs and candy wrappers

The stairs were winding up the courage in me to leave you alone

And just go home with an empty handed soul

I got sick of my own voice so I pulled off to a creek

A worn down wooden chair sat there I thought of you instantly

It's somewhere you would sit on a quiet Friday eve

Have a smoke on your own I should really let you be
