Tiny Moon

staggering through winding tunnels

with narrow shoes

I tried to leave this land of gloom having roamed around the forest green, inhaled its calming steams,

I rested by this flume

we'll overwinter in a warm cocoon

until the meadow is bestrewn with yellow ribbons but suddenly you stumble

did I undress a wound

or did I talk too soon?

And my nourrished hope flew off past the tiny moon

staggering through life, I stumble

I paid my dues

and tried to leave this land of gloom having toiled like a machine
