Office Worker

There's a little office worker, Doesn't have a lot to say

He don't look forward to the future, He just lives from day to day

And in the morning when he comes into his little desk of files

There's so much he wants to tell you but he only gives a smile

Little office worker, He don't wanna be alone

He's got a TV in the kitchen and a lifestyle of his own

In the afternoon at three o'clock he stops for tea and scones

At half past four he takes his coat and hat and drives on home alone

But you can see the sadness in his eyes, There's no-one there at home

Nobody loves the worker anymore, There's nothing to disown
