Just left out of worship tryna figure out my purpose

All of them years I was searching and couldn't feel that I was hurting

Pride had me over exerting comparing myself had me thinking I'm worthless

I needed prayers that was urgent, to build my self esteem on the surface

Really been chasing dreams like a current

But you can't maneuver light without the circuit

I'm tryna abide in Him

If He the branch I'm the vine with Him

It was a point in time I would hide from Him

Put the compass down found my guide in Him

I ain't running now unless I ride with Him

Say they punching clocks I'm making time with Him
