Easier to Shout

Look, As I'm spitting all my pain in the mic

I'm trying to push away my shame as I write

I'm being real and I know that it's honorable

But deep down know I hate being vulnerable

For so long I been trying to conform

But better off when defying all the norms

I thought living with a mask was masculine

And looking back couldn't grasp what was happening

I couldn't see all the demons I was running from

All that baggage on my back it was cumbersome

But all my pain it would never get a mention

It makes sense when considering convention
