For the Young and Stupid

I feel guilty 'cause I was a bitch when I was seventeen

And when I look at a photograph it doesn't look like me

And my mom was having babies by the time she was my age

While I'm working by the hour, buying weed when I get paid

I got a sticker on my car that tells you who I voted for

And I think about it every time I'm at the grocery store

But when I drive like an asshole does that give one reason more

For you to say, goddamn the liberals, they surely need the Lord

And it doesn't really matter and I don't wanna take your time

But sometimes I just can't make myself feel proud to be alive
