As the sun sets down on Saturday's songs

I think all of my time just seized up, 'cause I stopped

In my spot, in my place, the cold wind don't feel the same

Everything just feels so slow, and the viscosity of the lake

Traps the sunrays to the membrane of my eyes, I look away

Into the dusk of light

And the mellow fading day

Maybe one night is all it takes

For these thoughts to burn to flames

But the fire of the sun is only what they have became

What if lightyears up in space, someone feels what I have claimed

And their light waves also frame into tiny piles of shame
