Zoned Out

Uh

I was thinking bout my life when i zoned out

In that state i was lost in my world wow

had to see a therapist then i found out i been walking round the same shit, need a new route

getting lost in my thoughts ain't no way out

all my feelings they be gone, all my dreams lost

all my goals all my visions getting blurred out, locked out from my own house like an outcast

I still think i need some new eyes after what I've seen, PTSD messing with my mind, tryna deal with it

been through lotta therapies and now I'm getting sick of it, I'm sick of this, can't even close my eyes when i go to sleep

and it's worse people don't see a bit of what i feel

people think I'm getting better huh? Cos i keep it in

gradually I'm getting worse, daily it is what it is but now I'm sick of hiding my feelings i gotta keep it real
