Looking at museum walls

Works from many different people expressing their arts

I wonder if they knew at all

That they'd be remembered at least by who reads the description cards

But no institution

Allows the inclusion

Of those with no public at all

So I'll transform my house into a museum hall

I will hang all the melodies,

Lay the chords on the floor

And suspend all the harmonies

To embellish the chorus

I'll serve the best food

In the prettiest plates

I will make sure my guests

Leave with something to say

Cause I'm tired

Of living constraining myself

And my joy won't depend on just somebody else

I will unfold my soul and

Expose in the walls

I will transform my house into a museum hall

One day when I'm gone

A new family will come

And inaugurate its galleries

Exhibitions must end

To make room for some novelties

But the memories remain
