I made this project just to tell em' how I feel

I lost a couple friends cause I always kept it real

They tryna eat from the plate but they ain't pay the bill

Tryna change the world but I gotta change myself

Contemplating therapy for my mental health

Its always recommended but will it really help

I been working on my accomplishments until I feel accomplished

Searching for astonishment until I get astonished

Learning about consequences until I get conscious

Fighting off these demons and these evil ass monsters

So much shit up on my mind I don't know how it fit

So worried bout my mom they don't know how it get

Arthritis in her back she still working and shit

Accepting all my problems is really what's important

Maybe I'm just tripping and blowing it outta proportion

But I'm how suppose to feel knowing my sister got an abortion

When I found out man it hurt my soul

I got sick to my stomach man it really took a toll

I had them talks with em but its getting out of control

Getting em out the hood is my number one goal

They don't understand cause shit is so stagnant

You hang around bad then you become a magnet

Your friends start to leave then here comes the sadness

If they really cared they wouldn't condone bad shit
