I'm taking notes but my pencils out of lead

So I'm writing all them down on the pages in my head

I've got paragraphs and paragraphs of tips you gave me once

But the words are slowly fading as we barrel through the months

We passed September, October, November, I remembered

But now it's not as clear as it was back in December

I'm crazy, I'm happy, this will never end

You taught me how to deal with stress but now the pages don't exist

I'm feeling awful so ill write all of my feelings down

And use some catchy metaphors to literate literal frowns

How long can I do this without just getting bored

And writing paragraphs just wondering if I wrote that line before

I've wasted tons of time just sitting rhyming words I thought were fitting

Never knew that I'd be getting really sad from my own poetry

Cause sometimes loathing seems to be the only way to cope for me

And maybe I should meditate or plant and water bonsai trees

Why do I always think that everybody thinks I'm dumb

As if they never made mistakes like told a joke and timed it wrong

I never seem to let myself breathe just for a minute

Or stop singing the lyrics when I know the verse is finished
