For having an opinion

Doesn't get to choose or have anything to do with the fate of the students!

We treat it like it's normal

Cuz every time it happens

Just add it to the pile

The last four years are defiled

With every single soul of the children

All the meanwhile we bicker 'mongst ourselves

About whether we should ban our fucking firearms

As if it made a difference to the child.

Everything has to be political doesn't it?

Just do a better job at deciding their value!

Did the poor kid deserve to die or not?

That should be an easy question for you to answer

Remember Sandy Hook? I bet it's hard to forget that

All the candles they lit to commemorate how they lived

Then the politicians

Commercialized on disaster

Like its mandatory that they have to

The number of times my grandma has sat down

And told me about another catastrophe happening!

That is the reason why I hate guns.

That is the reason I always looked around with terror in high school

Right before transitioning to college

Going to her final in algebra

I even heard that these shootings have happened at preschools,

Can you believe it? A fucking PRESCHOOL!

You think your kid is safe cuz she's three, dude?

In a week or two

For the stupidest reason,

It's the new academic

Environment that we all need to be conscious of

Wait until '25

We'll have upgraded from shootings to bombings

And then a bunch of other babies will die

And everybody will cry

About all the babies who died

And then in seven months time

It'll happen another time

And nobody will be surprised

That there's been a new pedicide

Cuz the victims of all the crimes

Will be added to other lives!

But genocide in any form should not be the price

That we pay for the sake of the stupid second amendment

But all you motherfucking far right conservatives care about

Is reserving your pride for your Ak-47 outside

And all you motherfucking far left liberals care about

Is being all SJW to ban all our weapons

You're both wrong

You're both dumb.

While you are shitting each other

Another killer just murdered six other children this morning!

Why is it such a controversy to discuss the biggest issue

That our little babies are dying?

Stop talking about it on MSNBC and elect to do something

Get off your ass and stop being silent

Cuz overall I feel like our country is too quiet

The kids we are losing should be recognized

By the planet

I would even go as far as to say

That their sacrifice has earned them a place in the motherfucking national anthem!

I don't need to be a political person

To understand that it's terrible

Hearing about their death is unbearable

Sandy Hook was only catalyst for where it all

Began, marginalizing tragedies isn't fair at all

What about the teachers who protected 'em?

Giving their lives to try to save anyone

They knew that they would never save everyone

But goddamn it, that shit is inspiring

And I would do the same for my baby girl!

The bottom line is our babies are dying

I've said this about a million times

But it could take a billion before somebody finally realizes

The horrible price that we've paid with the cost of their lives

I know that this song will never change shit

I know a lot of people will hate me

But ask yourself, where would you be if not for your baby?

Look at their face

And tell me that you wouldn't do anything it took

To save them?
