I been runnin' and gunnin' since I was a youngin up and coming

But I been fiendin' for the lyrics might be up to something

Time is just a factor in the multitude of things I'm chasing

Lately I been thinkin' all the authors on the same street

And they can't think of nothing to write down so all they do is talk

Sit back and think ab it, I guess you could call it writers block

Although that block could be easily broke karate chop

It's still so overwhelming how the world around could probably stop

Sometimes I feel I'm in my own world of ladi da

And people ask for every little thing just like a coffee shop

Well, guess that's just a side effect of my anxiety

Guess that's just the way to live up in the high society

And I been dealing with these things but I been speaking silently

And that's the price I pay for my holy spirit sobriety

These are just examples of the statements whispered in my ear

At moments I sit back and I wish that he would just disappear

As I realize the authority that I'm holdin' dear

My every inner thought and emotion are all devoid of fear

I'm done with putting faith into other humans for comfort

My God's the only shelter when runnin' to look for cover

If clouts your only goal then get ready to fall like lumber

You may think you're doing right but just know that your days are numbered

That's my point of view, and some call it silly opinion

I can tell you that's a fact there ain't nothing blurrin' my vision

This ain't about a church or a pastor even religion

Relationship is what I'm speakin' on that's why I'm winning

I had writer's block that's why I couldn't think of bars or punchlines

I ain't about this subliminal state of pompousness

Panic among the populace

Frantically face the consequence

Sinful ways I been boxing in
