The Valley was cold, and pictures from my life

Shone on the crystals bright

He lead me through the Gorge, his scythe blinding black

And he showed me both the lights

He told me that either way I could go

But I might not be let in

The White light allows me to go back, and the blue

Well the blue is free of sin

So I took my choice and stepped right through the white

Being scared and tired

There I was changed and felt something strong

Space disappeared, and time

Omnipotent, omnipresent

I'm turning into a god

Omniscient, I did see when

My heartbeat's gonna stop

I saw the soul of the universes

As beautiful as Shelley's verses

The light was pure, untaintable love

It was the half-god that's good, from above

And I became one with the Earth and it's life

I saw the cancer growing inside

But I also sensed the much-needed cure

In time it is close and we must endure

There will come the all-cleansing war

Terror, violence, blood, hate, and gore

And then we'll all be as one

Under the Moon or the Sun

And after all this was shown

Death came for me through the lawn

Saying "it's not your time yet

I'll take you back before the dawn

So he took me back the light

Through the Valley of eternal night

He woke me in my body again

And what I saw, he told me, will be night
