Thank you, for rescuing all of us

You make me feel safe, in you I do trust

You're taking care of people, you help them feel better

That's why I wrote a kid's thank you letter

You're the best, my real superhero

Fighting corona, till it becomes a zero

Coronavirus makes me feel sad

I wish it would go away, and not come back another day

Some people aren't wearing their mask

Do you like this pandemic, I gotta ask

I don't like it, I can't go out and have fun

Plus it got my superheroes on the run

First responders and essential workers, we love you

And for you, we pray

Sometimes it's dangerous, while you're out working

I love plants, I love people and my family

What's going on in the world, it's a tragedy

I feel sad, and scared at the same time

If we wear our mask, we can stop spreading it

Some people don't care, or they just forget

They might sneeze or cough, or talk in your face

When schools got shut down, I couldn't see my friends

The ones I did see, I couldn't get too close to them

So many people sick, I just can't take it
