This song is written for people who have a stroke or Parkinson's disease who have lack of movements and unable to move and not motivated . I was writing this for the last 20 years or so. Finally, I made this song to motivate them to start moving.

Please be advised take precautions do not fall. If you're elderly and have problems with the balance, etc., you can do the exercises in the chair. My suggestion is move the extremity, which is weak and move the extremities to improve balance do not jump or take a risk of fall.
