The orange trees that line the city streets

Their trunks, a sturdy brown, roots deep in the earth

In springtime blooms of white floating like butterflies

And in the autumn, ripe fruits will be rebirth

Their branches bow beneath the weight they bear

Oranges so round and bright, are a joyful sight

The sun shines down, the trees seem not to care

Their beauty shines both day and peaceful night

And bask in nature's gifts, so wild and free.
