And HaMaschiach YAHUSHA opened His mouth, to teach His taught ones, saying

Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven

(Lift up your heads, O Tziyon!)

Blessed are those who mourn: for they will be comforted

(YAH's gonna wipe the tears from their eyes.)

Blessed are the meek: for they're gonna inherit the earth

(The earth is full of the goodness of YAH.)

Blessed are they who hunger and thirst after YAH's righteousness: for they will be filled

(Righteousness exalts the nation.)

Blessed are the merciful: for they'll obtain mercy

(Living a life that's moved with compassion.)

Blessed are the pure in heart: they'll be the ones to see YAHUAH

(When He dwells with us, you'll see Him face-to-face.)

Blessed are the peacemakers: these are the ones who'll be called the children of Alahiym

(Following peace with all.)

Blessed are you when you're persecuted for righteousness' sake: for yours is the Kingdom of Heaven, says YAH

(You'll get to see Eden Restored.)

Blessed are you, when men criticize you, and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil things about you falsely, for my sake

(What can separate me from HaMaschiach's love?)

Rejoice, and be exceedingly glad: for great is your reward in heaven; because they persecuted the prophets before you, too

(Great is your reward in heaven.)

Let your light shine before men, so they'll see your good works, and give esteem to your Abba who is in heaven

(YAH is worthy of all the glory!)
