A lonesome pirate sails further and further from the shore

Taking on the waters he sailed not long before

After sealing all his gallows he catches his first wind

Knowing not where he's going but only knowing where he's been

The wind gently whispers and ushers him through the night

And he knows down deep within his heart everything will be alright

Standing alone like a book atop a shelf

To another distant land he sails pondering what he'll find

With all the lands he come to pass he prays it's his last time

After wandering up the shore he thinks this looks a lot like home
