End This Nightmare Lyrics

This dream must come to an end

Daylight has already broken

But I'm still stuck in this voidless place

Where my body has been stretched beyond its limits

I try to think of happy thoughts

But it's no use the thoughts come flooding in

Trying to wake up from this dream turned nightmare

The trip has only just begun

I can only pray for an end to this nightmare

I slowly regain control over my body again but only to be stuck in place

Unable to be at peace and see the faces of the world again

Losing hope that they will be same as I remember them

The waking world would not understand

What visions of free imagination will do to the mind

The toll that it takes upon the rest of those around

Seemingly trapped here in place this nightmare must end

Slowly the void opens up again as if to shift

Towards a new sort of hellish creation

The sky opens up but turns black

Nightmares tear into my flesh
