I was sitting in a park on a Saturday, realized I had spent half the day

Completely caught me off guard when she asked me about the weather.

I said what do you know about the weather. She said everybody knows sunshine.

I threw my hands up. That blew my mind. Her whole family was kind.

She couldn't have been over the age of three, pre-elementary, essentially

Our paths were meant to cross eventually.

I thought to FaceTime my wife. Then I heard the little girl calling her brothers name.
