A notebook and a pencil

The pages I write in

I fear it is essential

Though my mind

It grows thin

I'll continue to write

And write the end

The story is unfolding

Of a man and his wife

They walk along hand-holding

together till afterlife

I'll continue to write

And write till the end

This story's getting boring

There's nowhere left to go

These pages are annoying

My writing has no flow

Yet I'll continue to write

And write some more
