So, have I made a mistake?

I think this is really what I wanna do

I'm so glad I didn't let it break

I'm so glad I chose to see it through

Of course I wish things had went a different way

But that's okay, I'm gonna get there some day

I'm still anxious, I will be for some time

But at least I get to call life mine

I've never put myself first before

It was always something else, I'd be watching their score

I see how happy they can be

So why can't I have that for me?

I'm still young, I wanna have fun

There's so much out there to be done

I'm gonna be everything I dream
