My whole career has been a lie

I was supposed to be a hero, but instead I'll die a martyr to a cause I have no stake in

The only legacy I'll be leaving behind is Murderer of the Astraeans 

I have no idea how many planets in this system are inhabited

But in a few more days, it won't matter

I've figured it out

I can't override the navigation system but I can overload it

If I short circuit the system by routing the main power through it

I can shut the system down and stop the Vulcan in its tracks

Captain's Log, Day 91

It didn't work

The power didn't overload the system 

But there's another way

I can overload the cargo 

It'll kill me, for sure, but the Astraeans will survive

At this distance, the explosion will cause some serious electromagnetic interference

But nothing permanent 

Sunflower, I don't know if you can hear this, but if you can
