I've been gone for a while

The rattle inside my mind 

Was wild with style

An epic battle with time

Weighed my ego on trial

I had to find the right sign

So I could see with my eyes

I was soulfully blind

What I was leaving behind

Got me drinking the vile

1000 micrograms

Deep sleep

Soul wide open inside

Freed my mind from denial

At times

I'd be in hell surrounded by lies

Lived multiple lives

Died multiple times

My soul's desire

Allowed my ego's demise to rise

From what used to be this 

Ordinary guy who died

Deep in the ties

Of a psychedelic fire

Reborn

I'm back now

Skillfully versatile with smiles

Finally alive

Living my life

Enjoying the spice

Trying to survive

I'm cool calm, clean nice

These skies defy my grind

Prioritize all three eyes focused on the prize

Internal despise should never become a surprise

The mightiest enemy is a reflection

Disguised in your own lies

We are all gods

Yet to be all knowing and wise

Ambitious was the cause of his death

The wrong foot forward

Heart pounding out his chest

Cold nights with no heat

Shivers and cold sweats

No money equals cold feet

Cant pay rent, cant eat

These system taking advantage of me

I'm losing cents, in both sense

I'm also losing sanity

I'm out of dopamine

For my mind machine

Trying hold 3 jobs

No sleep

Ambitious

I'm killing in the name of business

The road to riches often vicious

Hashish and music my two favourite bitches

Malicious industries

Come with limiting conditions

My poems ammunition

For the ones that listen

A solution with no solution

In the lab cooking up a batch

Diluting delusion

In a beaker stirring

A stash of confusion

It's no illusion

What you hear and see

Is strictly for your amusement

A distraction from the facts son

A Reaction on your passions
