This mental health got me dipping again

I start slipping so I pick up a pen

Don't know when it started maybe I do know how

Was it the trauma that brought a load of drama

From popping the pharma to being attacked and stabbed

Fighting to take the next step then being left to sit in a hospital bed alone

With the suicidal thoughts creeping into my dome

I cast the stones into the abyss

Days of fighting off slitting both of wrists

Yet these demons still persist

I get a smile then it fades away in an instant

Like being happy will eventually lead to death

I take deep breaths and hold it in till my head starts to spin and I come back to my body

This damn depression got me stressing
