We walk the streets with sympathy

And poetry on our minds and our lips

We hold the strings of these memories

And untold stories of people in photographs

I fill my days with words from songs and poetry

About those who came before

You speak softly with your dancing

I keep your words in my heartbeat

And I don't take your words lightly
