O Lord, keep me; For I trust Thee

O my soul hath said to Thee

Thou art my Lord—though my goodness

Extendeth not to Thee

To the saints of earth, the excellent

In them Thou doth delight

But to those who fly to other gods

All their sorrows multiply

Turn away, their names forsake

Thou art my cup, and my portion
