Before Jehovah's awful throne

Ye nations bow with sacred joy

Know that the Lord is God alone

He can create and destroy

His sovereign power without our aid

Made us of clay and formed us men

And when like wandering sheep we strayed

He brought us to His fold again

We'll crowd His gates with thankful songs

High as the heavens our voices raise

And earth with her ten thousand tongues

Shall fill his courts with sounding praise

In the year that King Uzziah died

I saw the Lord sitting upon the throne

So high lifted up

And His train filled the temple

Above it stood the seraphims

Each one with six wings

With twain he covered his face

With twain he covered his feet

And with twain he did fly

And one cried unto another and said

Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts

The whole earth is full of His glory
