This coincidentally transitioned

Into a love story

Between two people

And for myself

Kryptonite, my first single was released on 8/18

A consistently appearing angel number in my life

That symbolizes the end and beginning of a new chapter

Kryptonite is about the moment that two people meet

And there is an undeniable cosmic connection

I decided to write this song

About the everyday supermen

That are often running around

Saving the day

This song is a reminder

That they too can relax

And enjoy themselves

They can take their capes off

And let down their guard

Kryptonite doesn't make them weak

It makes them human

And there's nothing wrong

With being human

Into You was released on 10/10

Which is another angel number

Symbolizing union, twin flames and true love

Into you is about the feelings

You unintentionally have

When you're genuinely falling

For the right person

They talk to you, hear you, comfort you

And understand you

They reciprocate the energy

And effort that you give

And you find yourself

Feeling and falling in love

Cold was released on 11/11

An angel number that is a reminder

That you are divinely guided

I love that this song

Was released in November

A cold month

With new relationships

There is often times

A moment of miscommunication

Or radio silence

You start questioning

What you're doing

And where things are going

This is for the moment

When the person you're into

Which calls attention

To the ways in which

You show up in your relationships

As you follow along this storyline

My birthday

Considering it's my story

It made sense for it to be released

on the day I was born

This is the story of my life

That guide my ambitions and decisions

My engagement anniversary

This song celebrates love

And is about giving full permission

To your significant other

To explore your sensuality

This one is for the long-standing

Committed couples

Who are still madly in love

For the ones who continually

Accept one another

And who dare to keep the passion

And fire alive

In their relationship

Picasso was released on 3/15

My daughter, Jane's birthday

This is where the album's storyline breaks off

As this song was not originally

Intended to be on this album

Inspired by Picasso's blue period paintings

This song uses the symbolism

Of a painter and his muse

The muse describes how comfortable she is

Revealing herself to her painter

Both physically and emotionally

This plays into the discovery by scientists

Of underlying paintings

Beneath some of Picasso's

Most famous works of art

See You Again was released on 4/30

The angelversary of my husband's close cousin

Who passed away leaving behind

A wife and two sons

I was visited by his cousin in a dream

And woke up in an overwhelming

Flood of tears

This was emotionally the hardest song I've written

I method acted and cried

To the point where I couldn't breathe

In order to write a majority of the song

This was the very first song

That my producer, Lamar and I recorded

We chose to record this song on 4/30

Without realizing that it was his angelversary

That's how I knew

I was in the right place at the right time

Line in the Sand was released on 1/31

Along with the remaining two songs of the album

I chose this date because

It would bring the single, the album

And my 33rd birthday full circle

I wrote the notes that started this song in 2015

When I simply had enough

I drew my line in the sand

But every once in a while

The waves seemed to creep in

And erase the boundary I drew

This metaphorical creation

Is one of just two

Co-written songs on the album

Shoutout to Odalys Pacheco

For this poetic masterpiece

Live My Life is about pursuing

The life of your dreams

And more importantly

Doing what you love

When you follow your dreams

You find your purpose

I believe that the universe

Pulls its strings

And moves mountains

To make it possible

We are spiritual beings

Having a human experience

but when you trust the process

And have faith

I believe we become humans

With spiritual experiences

Visions is the last song of the album

This song was co-written with Nicci

And was inspired by our

Job quitting stories

This song is a reminder

To not let your dreams collect dust

Or else they'll become

Nightmares that haunt you

So believe in your dreams

And shoot your shot

Because you might

Just make it happen

In the end

I grew physically

Emotionally and spiritually

As I progressed through

The making of this album

That spanned almost two years

As I near the end of this album's production

My advice to everyone listening

Is to trust that you will have

All the right puzzle pieces

When you are ready for them

As you take inspired action

And make faith decisions

The details will fall into place

Trust the process
